A 13-year-old boy was hospitalized after sustaining two gunshot wounds to his back in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, police said. The teen was outside on the 8600 block of South Aberdeen Street when he was approached by someone who opened fire and then fled, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada.
