Nathaniel J. Nared "The Crazy Slasher" arrested for slashing his girlfriend and baby

A 26-year-old Aurora man was ordered held on $200,000 bail after he allegedly stabbed his girlfriend and slashing his 8-month-old daughter, police said.

Nathaniel J. Nared of the 1000 block of East Benton Street in the far west suburb was charged with aggravated battery to a child, aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery, and two counts of domestic battery after the altercation that happened Sunday at about 1:15 a.m., Aurora police said in a press release.
