Chicago Public Schools Teacher Delegates Voting to either END or EXTEND Teachers Strike

Some 800 members of the Chicago Teachers Union's House of Delegates are meeting this afternoon to once more consider ending the city's first teacher strike in 25 years and possibly return more than 350,000 students to the classroom as early as Wednesday.
