Tesia Cain who has made a sweet living off of popping out kids for welfare checks told police the Toyota Camry was a loan from a friend but failed to produce a friend's phone number or address.
It’s the last place you’d want to take a stolen vehicle. But Tesia Cain managed to drive right in.
Cain was arrested on Wednesday after driving a stolen car into a Walmart parking lot in Boynton Beach, where about two dozen cops were gathered for their annual “Shop with a Cop” charity event, WPBF News reports.
